Behavioral Health at South Pointe Hospital provides a wide range of services to meet patient needs. The unit has 38 patient rooms for treating adults and older adults who are experiencing mental, emotional or substance abuse problems so that they may lead more stable, productive lives.Services begin with a clinical assessment for referral to the most appropriate level of care for an individual or family. Additional services offered include: adult and older adult inpatient psychiatric care; mental health assessments; trauma and abuse assessments; group therapy programs; medication management and psychiatric evaluations.Our team of trained professionals includes nurses, physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers who are dedicated to improving and maintaining the behavioral health and well-being of patients in the communities we serve.
