For over 20 years the Fleet Medical Center has been serving the health care needs of the greater Cleveland area. Fleet Medical Center offers the following services: x-ray; lab testing; rehabilitation and access to medical and surgical specialists. The Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
- School athletics and department of
- Transportation physicals
- Vision screenings
- Hearing tests
- Minor skin surgeries
Referrals
Your insurance carrier may require you to have a referral from our office for services required by a specialist or for special testing. Please inform our staff if your insurance carrier requires a referral before services are performed at the Fleet Medical Center. In addition, if you seek emergency services you need to obtain a referral to cover a hospital emergency department visit within 24 – 48 hours.
South Pointe Shuttle Service
Convenient, free parking is available for hospital patients. For your convenience, a free shuttle service is available to escort patients and guests back and forth between Building A and Building B, weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Medical Shuttle Service
This complimentary shuttle service is available to transport ambulatory patients living within a 5-mile radius of the hospital. Appointments may be made Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Call 216.797.4014 for more information.
